My shed of a cabrio

Not much done to it in the 5 1/2 years had it, only 15" adikt alloys, lowered -40mm, 12" Kicker sub powered by Sony amp & tinted rear lights :( the awful tacky 'touring strip' is off the windscreen now too thank god, squared oval Peco stainless steel back box only 1.6i 16 Zetec, done 115k miles (was on 33k when bought it!) dunno if going to put any kit on it or just get rid of it next year

Hmm well dunno about the Fiesta Zetec 'S' but I just put Zetec as in mine not the old CVH engine that were in the older cabs, CVH defo 8v and my Zetec in twin cam so defo got 16 valves (has 16v on the engine too!)! Can’t say I heard of Ford engines with variable valve timing apart from the Puma and ST170 maybe, then I’m not a mechanical expert…

Been trying to find a subtle kit for ages, not much available for the Escort, or mix and match bits from different kits and don’t look right together.
Not really thought too much about interior, couple of people round Ipswich do re-trims on VW’s that give good price.

they dont list ford on there but the do do them but it gives u a sort of look at what there like and have you thought about a coustom kit to exactly how u want it or putting the cossy kit on it with the flaired arches etc that would look cool i think a convertable cossy

Hmm sorry but I don't agree there that all Zetecs have/are variable valve timing... but I'm not expert so not arguing, you've probably got the technical to back that claim up! But all the years I've been into cars/Ford never heard that, not the Zetec E definitely

Ah ta, I'll have a look.

Your right cosworth style always looks good - apart from mines mk6 cosworths for mk5 - though being a cab its quite clear its not a cossie anyway (unless someone went to the trouble of doing a conversion, but you just wouldn't bother!)

Ah exactly, you were completely correct when talking about that Zetec VVT.

Then leaves what to do with the front! Can put GTi/RS spats/corner pieces on rear bumper, but what front :( anyone good at design?! lol
