I'll send you the recipe so you make your own. That would impress the girlies.

6oz Flour, 4oz Butter & 2oz sugar. (Sorry, don't do grams as me scales are very old). Put it all into a food processor and blitz until it forms a ball. Grease with cooking oil (not engine oil) a cake tin and roll out your dough into a circle, put this into your cake tin and bake at 160c until it's golden brown, this should take about 25 mins. Sprinkle with sugar and cool a wire tray. Then eat it all up! he he he.

If i made short bread no one wud ever get to c them i love it so much i wud eat it all untill i was sick then i still carry on. U down Southend this Sat if so i will come say hello as i didnt last weekend.
