i think its just another insurance way of ripping people off, i think the only way people would get a fair deal on their insurance is to base it on the cost of thier car not on the mileage , so as the value of your car goes down you insurance should go down

Guys Guys Guys ........ None of you have actually watched the news properly ...... This is primarily aged at drivers under 21  ...... Norwich Union want to do this as they say more accidents are caused due to fatigue in people who haven't had the experience of driving. Now it's a pound a mile between the hours of 11pm and 6 am so for you matt as your hours run 7 - 7 that shouldn't affect you hahaha coz like ur there for all those 12 hrs

Up to 23 years of age is a problem to insurers.

The NASC and NSRA are trying to get there schemes to allow under 23's to drive V8's.

Young hot rodders start with engines like Pinto's and then swap to V8 when 23.

Diesels such as the Transit 2.3 are quite popular too and cheaper for those long distance runs.

I`m helping a little way with James`s Vette on this but not for long. It`s a shame that the NASC can`t help even though he is a member.
