The loonys that are into this Johhny Foreigner thing called the EU are apparently considering ways of ensuring that multiple car ownership is banned.So it look like before long we`ll only be allowed one car each.
Let's face it VeeMan, who under 50 does like sprouts? memories of grandmas presure cooked sprouts still turn my tummy. Yukkk and the smell.............
The single car ownership lobby is a follow on from Rover Groups conversation with the Chinese who of course have a single child per family legislation in place.Rover were hoping to sell chinese cars here under the "Buy two,get one free" banner but the new Chinese partners disagreed with it & the EU agreed in principle saying there was already enough cheap motor cars on the streets from Japan,France & Italy and that they would prefer to see more USA companys like Aston Martin,Jaguar,Volvo & Saab selling more cars.
