Crimbo lights get switched on Ipswich on Sunday, they always get turned on the week that Debenhams have their Mega 20% saving day.

We`ve got a Cherry tree out front & that`ll have 400  little white lights on it during the second week of December.

I'm gonna invite you all to my house and see our grotto!! My mums got this thing about singing/dancing Santa's and everyone who comes to our house she loves showing them !! We started with 2 little ones and now we have about 25 you can't get in our living room and they range from ickle ones to 4 foot and soon she wants an even bigger one

colchesters cristmas lights are shit again this year, i think everyone with under car lighting should go park in colchester high street to show them up :)

I like the idea of everyone with neons under the cars to park up in Colchester High Street.  In Ipswich we've yet another new set of lights, that must the third set in 9 years.  Mind the very old ones must have been about 20 years old when they replaced.


I started this thread, because one of thye sad muppets down the road has got Chrimbo decorations up already.  They're new to the road and talking to some of the parents in te playground today, this family always do try to be the first and will try to out do the others in the area.  They'll be in for a shock, as no-one in our road puts up lights! he he he
