Just bought another vette to use as spares,its only done 40k so the engine & box can be a straight swop all in go.We`ll probaly rebuild the old one & then store it away.
I havn't got a hoist as such but ........ if you have a Beam above the car / engine you could attach a hoist too that will support the engine then i can help........
Thanks for the offer,my problem is that I cannot get a car into the garage due to my lads obsession with Fish & reptiles,otherwise I`d take up your offer.
Sussed it,an old NHS patient lift converted,runs 24v so thats two car batteries in line and a remote control on a long wire.It pulled the Engine,box n prop out the Vette in one,Brill.
engine hoist / crane, i have one but im not sure if it is complete , i will let you know and if your interested you will have to pick it up , im sure it is tho
