Sorry to hear about your troubles.  We had that when our mark 1 Punto was about 1 year old.  Hubby was going to take me to work one morning and the battery was dead.  Got the garage to come and have a look, they said it had the wrong battery on it. Not what you expect with a year old car.

The mark 1's were quite heavy on batteries, sorry love.  Ask Father Christmas for a set of jump leads and keep 'em with you, if you don't already.  The Mark 2's and I would hope the new 3's are better.

Kate, that's what you need.  Especially if you've got extra toys, like BIG ICE etc.  That was the problem with our mark 1 Punto, with the electric windows, central locking, stereo etc was all too much for the factory fitted standard battery.  Might a bit pricey, would save tears and nights spent alseep rather than partying or what ever you were planning on doing last night.  Good luck me dear.
