Just got back from Duxford. 12 of us went so £10 each instead of £8. But it was worth it. Had to leave before the others as Mand's arthritis playing her up.

Been helping my folks today lay a base for my mum's new shed, so we couldn't go. Talking of shed's did you know that Mike's shed appeared on This Morning with Phil & Fern? It came third in their Shed of the year comp.
Organising trips out for other people like that is a real pain, I used to organise the annual Xmas do for the Transport Museum. You'd hear from no-one up until the the week before, then everyone would ring up and say they wanted to come along. On the night sometimes you'd get everyone come, but more often than not some would cry off at the last minute. Pain in Ar*e, so I gave up after Lizzie was born and let some other mug do it.
