Shame to here that mate no wot yur going though as it was my turn last month thing will get better it just takes time( u proberly have been told this ne way) but u will get there in the end.

Yeah i felt really down starting going out witrh my mate met sum other girl nothing serious just fun at the mo walked her home last 3 weekend and not got in til after 6am and been meeting up with her in the week so its quite surpiring how 1min it crap and the next it getts better.  Just keep yur chinup.

M8 i just went out got ****ed wasnt worried bout n e females i just want to smile again started getting frendly with a girl(not to frendly yet) had a laugh and she is making me smile again iam just taking it easy and c how fings go.

I dnt blame u iam now kinda with this girl but she said she no wot i been through this year with my x and she said she aint going to put loads of pressure on me and is fine wit takeing things slow so I will just c wot happens.
