Is this a full 2 day event then ? what are the on site facilities like ? Is there a camping area for long distance participants or is it Hotels only? Power hook ups for camping? How much ?
The presentation for ECE is being done this Tuesday with Jack / Kate and the guys off EoE everyone is welcome. There will be camping available as far as i know and the tickets i think will start at around £15 (but don't hold me to that) i shall be going come hell or high water!! The EACP (including Jack & Kate) are doing a great job to put this together, they are working very hard at making this work. I really hope their efforts are praised.

A weekend event is a nightmare to organise and usually all you get at the end are the complaints. So, good luck and I intend to be there. Can I put the flyer on the AHRA forum events page.
Also are there toilets on site? showers? security? Please keep us informed.
Nessie...how about aclub stand then?. Oldskool could be interested too?
I really would liked to have gone to this show, but,I`m it clashes with another big premier show which is a three day event not too far away.
Good luck & best wishes to all those who are organising Bentwaters, hope the weather stays fine & the muppetts stay away!
The "supernats" are on www.nsra.org.uk and I`m booked in.These guys organise a brilliant cruise. There are three routes to go on,the organisers hand out route maps as you leave the site. The result is that as you cruise to the venue you get to see other cars coming the other way, crossing in front etc which is great cos you get to see hear & see cars on the move which you don`t normally see if you`re in a convoy yourself.
The Artwork for bentwaters looks great, even has a fake snake on it.If any body wants one I can supply a faithfull repro on a `65 plate running a 5.7l 5 speed for only £22,00.00.Bloody good price that cos if you want a real one you`ll be lookin` at £400,000.
Any takers from the single, wihout kids yet,no mortgage stuffin` yer finances type peeps???
Oh crap and double crap. They moved the supernats to JULY. Which meens every hot rod and it's classic caravan will be at Old Warden that weekend. Just as I was getting excited about the Bentwaters event.

Thats good already. As posted elswhere. I've advertised this on the AHRA forum via the club site for those that dont go to the Hot Rod Supernats. Will be telling the rest of the club next meet.
Bentwaters have said they can supply showers for the campsite but we are waiting til the next meeting with them to confirm exactly what they are doing for us!!
Course you can copy the flyer Deuce- that would be most appreciated. Im just waiting on advertising til im given the go ahead that the website is ready!! But the more peopl that book tickets early the better it will be!!
