I`ve heard the new single several times now & reckon it`s a good one & we should all buy a copy,


But,there`s only one thing wrong with it!!!!!!!!!! Who the hell is the Muppet mumbling half way through ???????????? It won`t stop me buying it,but it will stop me playing it.


While I`m having a musical rant,what`s the difference between R & B and RnB ?

I heard it on the radio for the first time, and cringed.  I'm sorry, I know it's for a good cause and all that, but it's DREADFULL!   They have taken a great classic and basically masacred it.  Sorry, but that's how I feel.

If it wasn't a charity single it would be slated by the music press!  But then it probably will anyway.  Best bit is Justin Hawkins singing, no make that the best bit is the end!  Sorry folks don't like it.


Would be interesting to know what the dealer price, how much is going to charity and how much is lining the pockets of the music shop bosses and going towards their fancy trips away on conferences etc...  Whopps too much info there I think!

Sniper says it sounds too much the American one they did shortly after Band Aid's orginal one, we think it was called Save the world.

Anyway, did Bono & Justin Hawkins sort out the row over who was gonna sing Bono line os "Well tonight thank god it's them instead of you!"  The last I heard was that Bono wanted to sing that line, because he sung it on the first one.

dont think the bookies r lettin bets through 4 christmas number 1 coz they no it'll b number 1 no doubts!! great now we gota listern to it loads of times! and for the dizzie bit it brings a tear to my eye!!

I think the reality is like Cat said it's gonna take a pretty good song now to keep it off number 1.It's out 29th November so therefore there's only about 2 weeks of chart countdowns doubt they'll release anything good enough to fight for the top spot but saying that didn't they try something like that a few years ago and old Daniel Ignorant Bedingfield went back to top spot for Chrimbo ??
