Shit!Just taken the test & I got -9 but the results also said that within my age group all the others (100%) were below me.In defence I hadn`t even heard of most of the cars being mentioned.There was a couple of Hondas but arn`t they for old people to go to Garden Centres in?Oh,there was a mention of a Chevy.I guess its an American site.so how come so much in interest in Jap stuff?

You are a respectable tuner. You probably subscribe to one or more tuner magazines and know, quite a bit about your car and/or racing in general. Either that or you play a shitload of GT3. At any rate, you recognize the difference between a wastegate and a blow-off valve. In time, and with practice, you may attain "Racer X" status since it is supposed that you are relatively new to tuning and still have much to learn. Keep, working, and thank the maker that you're not a ricer.

Not bad I suppose considering Turbo's have no appeal to me. Woosh Woosh sounds dont make up for torque

Was a bit weird when the questions are in 'American' but basic principles still there, I just went engine mods the whole way - maybe they should've put more questions in with regard to muscle cars, proof that most serious enthusiasts think the Fast and the Furious is a load of tat - though I like to watch it for entertainment - and most 'boy racers' know feck all about engines but are experts fibreglass editions, ICE and neons and the likes!! lol

I havn`t a clue what is or isn`t a high score on this,I havn`t even seen the film yet as I seem to be caught in the American Graffitti loop ( keeps watching it).

You don't need to see the film to answer the questions, apart from the last one - if you've seen the film their street racing their jap mobiles, lap tops hooked up etc, one seems to be pushing their motor too far overdoing the nitrous, the lap top come up with 'danger to manifold' warning or something, so one of the footwells (floorpan panels) drops out?! lmao

Think the lower your score, the less you answered technical questions correct, or if you chose 'barry' things i.e paint the unpainted bumper bodykit thats on my car rather than get a bigger turbo you get lower, probably takes into account what car you drive I should imagine, ah well just a bit of fun!
