A follow up to my last posting,but I pressed the wrong button.


I had a good look thru my new book from WHS & found lots of new words in it even though it was printed 6 years ago.They even had Chav in it.Lots of every day words were missing which is a shame,even Gullible was left out and this is a major dictionary

The Pocket Oxford Dictionary 8th edition 1992, page 390 about half way down.  Gullible= adj. easily persuaded or decieved. 


Yep, it's in my little baby sitting next to the PC.  Sorry DAve it's in mine!

I know, i actually can't grasp on to the word, and to think it actually got in to the dictionary...


I' d never heard of it before all this came out that it was the word of the year....

Thanks Chevy, the cab is my old shed, the coz my other half's and we have an F reg Escort RS turbo as the runaround, which I am having to use as a daily car at the mo! Had a BM 325i Sport to use before that, nice car! (few poor quality pics in the your cars section'

I'm guessing you have 'muscle' cars

I wpouldn`t claim my car is a muscle car really.its model year shows only 175bhp,there are a couple of changes which has pushed this up though.There`s also a couple of Mondeo Estates,2 Chevettes & an XR3 in the drive which I have up for sale at the moment

Let me off please, bad day with James' school yesterday and I've got a cold and it's that time of the month (bit too much info there, sorry!).  Could happen to anyone that had a day like I'd had. 


Anyone know how to get rid of stupid teachers that don't know what they are talking about and need to stop inteferring in stuff that don't concern them ??
